These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website

(hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as the terms applicable to the purchase of products offered by
Galerie Portraits (hereinafter, “Galerie Portraits”, “the Owner” or “the Store”).

1. PURPOSE

The Website allows the User to:

• browse content related to Galerie Portraits,
• access a product catalogue,
• make online purchases when enabled.

2. ACCEPTANCE AND LEGAL CAPACITY

By browsing the Website and/or making a purchase, the User declares:

• that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions,
• that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. PRODUCTS FOR SALE

Galerie Portraits offers, among others:

• Artworks (original and/or one-of-a-kind pieces)
• Limited edition prints
• Merchandise products (mugs, t-shirts or other items)
• Wine and/or food products (if applicable)

Each product includes a product page with, as applicable: description, materials, reference image,
price, taxes, availability, special conditions and estimated delivery times.

4. AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

For limited editions or one-of-a-kind pieces, products may sell out.
If a product is not available after purchase, Galerie Portraits will contact the customer to offer an alternative or a refund.

5. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are shown in euros (€).
Applicable taxes (VAT or others) and costs will be shown before completing the purchase, in the order summary.

Galerie Portraits reserves the right to correct typographical or technical errors affecting the price, informing the User when necessary.

6. PURCHASE PROCESS

To place an order, the User must:

1. Select products and add them to the cart
2. Complete billing and shipping information
3. Confirm the payment method
4. Confirm the order

Once the process is complete, the User will receive a confirmation email.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods available at checkout will be accepted (for example: card, PayPal, bank transfer, or others).

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Galerie Portraits does not store full card details.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping areas and costs depend on the destination. They will be shown before completing the order.

8.2 Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• product type (artwork, print, merchandise, etc.)
• availability
• production/preparation requirements
• carrier logistics

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

9. SPECIAL CONDITIONS DUE TO THE ARTISTIC NATURE OF PRODUCTS

The User acknowledges that:

• there may be colour variations between screens and the final product
• prints and artworks may show characteristics inherent to the creative/craft process
• if the product includes numbering, signature, or a certificate, this will be stated on the product page

10. SALE OF WINE (IF APPLICABLE)

In the case of wine sales, the User declares they are over 18 years of age.

Galerie Portraits may request additional verification or cancel orders if required to comply with regulations.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE ARTWORK

The purchase of an artwork, print or product does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights.

Reproduction or commercial exploitation of the artworks/images is prohibited without express written authorization.
