Terezinha Lorena

Lorena, Brazil

A prominent Brazilian painter whose work captures the elemental force of nature and the untamed spirit of the Latin American landscape. With a body of work consolidated between the late 1970s and the 1990s, Lorena is widely recognized for her evocative landscapes and powerful equestrian portraits, moving between lyrical figuration and abstraction to capture the majesty of the horse as a symbol of freedom.
