Respect — Limited Fine Art Edition
Respect brings together Rosa and Lourdes, two women with different stories who shared their experiences of violence and rebuilding their lives with Séfora Camazano. Drawing on their conversations and photographic sessions, the artist spent nearly two years developing a composition inspired by Sorolla’s paintings. The work places both women at the centre of the image, recognising each one’s presence and individuality.
The original artwork, Respect, is a unique diptych measuring 201 × 200.5 cm. This Fine Art edition offers a more intimate way to bring its image into a collection. Produced as a Giclée print on archival paper, each impression is hand-signed and numbered by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

The story behind the work
How did Respect come into being? In Respect: The Art of Listening, Séfora Camazano retraces nearly two years of creation: her encounters with Rosa and Lourdes, the photographic sessions, the compositions she set aside, and the decisions she came to understand only when she returned to the work years later.
The book and the Fine Art edition offer two ways to engage with Respect: to discover how it was created and to live with its image.
