She arrived in Spain with her two children, while her husband remained behind, unable to leave at that time. Alone in a foreign land and unable to speak the language, she relied on the help of acquaintances to survive.

Hanna’s life had never been easy. Her childhood was spent in harsh conditions in Ukrainian orphanages, enduring years of emotional and physical hardship. Yet, through every challenge, she carried with her the quiet strength to endure.
