What You Should Know
Conditions
- The Galerie Portraits Gift Certificate grants access to the gallery’s complete body of work — original pieces, limited editions and bespoke commissions. Among these possibilities are commissioned portraits —individual or family— conceived as singular works for the recipient.
- For bespoke commissions, the process unfolds through a private consultation with the studio, where the artistic vision is defined and, when appropriate, the session or development of the work is arranged. Each piece is realised according to Galerie Portraits’ own artistic language and production standards.
- The certificate does not expire. It may be used at a time of the holder’s choosing, subject only to availability of works or scheduling considerations in the case of commissions.
- Issued on a personal and non-transferable basis, the certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, nor combined —in whole or in part— with other offers or promotional conditions. Each acquisition is valid for a single certificate.
- Should the selected work exceed the value of the certificate, the difference is payable at the moment of acquisition.
- Unless explicitly stated, the certificate does not include framing or additional services.
- All works are prepared and shipped to professional standards, with full insurance coverage. Shipping costs are calculated according to destination at the time of purchase.
- In the context of bespoke commissions, the certificate covers the agreed value of the work. The initial consultation and artistic direction form an integral part of the process.
Delivery & Handling
All works are professionally packed in museum-standard materials and shipped fully insured to any destination worldwide. Expected delivery: 5–10 working days. White-glove installation available on request.
