Female Portraits: Looking Back to the Past + Marriott hotels
2023 is the “Sorolla Year” and Séfora Camazano wanted to honor him by creating a series of paintings inspired by his work with contemporary women. But not with any woman: the ones portraited have had a difficult past. Some of them have suffered gender violence, others are war refugees or have found themselves in vulnerable situations.
We want to give visibility to these issues and we count on you to raise awareness to many people as possible. In addition, you can win Gift Certificates to come to Galerie Portraits and have a portrait of you at no cost.
